You all might not know this but last year I had the great pleasure of interviewing the world famous "The Blanks" and I am not even sure how it really happened. This turned into a friendship, though not enough where they invite me to a party... they are jet setters and I am a fan. So it turned into where they liked my design/art that I had done for them and that turned into my helping out on their release "Worth The Weight". Yes I said it I designed the cover/back/cd art... and a couple of their t-shirts, I know I couldn't believe it either.

You can see my name on the back, I am somebody now and you could be too... just get this cd. You too can say you know somebody who knows somebody who knows me, kidding it was a real pleasure to be able to help them out... hope to again.

I really enjoy Patrick Doyle's work from a actor and best known for being an outstanding composer since 1988 to now. So there is nothing much I can say that you don't know, he is a fantastic artist and creates elegant waves and flowing in the music style. Epic and outstanding is how I am describing "Man To Man" and would except any less from Doyle... he does not disappoint.

Is that creaking you hear in your house only your imagination, because you are alone... maybe you think you hear something. It might be "Insidious" By Joseph Bishara ringing score, maybe you should look around... it's okay you go look I will be here when you get back. Oh good you are back, it had been awhile, so this score is the primer that prepares you to be afraid... pulling it off quite nicely. I recommend you check this score out and keep an eye on Bishara because we are going to hear many good things about him.

Side-note: I had received an autograph copy of "Insidious" By Joseph Bishara from a contest I entered last year from the good friends at "Howlin' Wolf Records". I wanted to thank both Wall and Joseph for making this happen, it is a cool piece for my collection.

Info: Award-winning composer Eric Neveux has written a beautifully melodic and harmonically rich orchestral score for Agnès Merlet’s acclaimed fantasy drama. Essentially a love story, the film is about a young man who possesses an extraordinary power which ultimately forces him to retires to the depths of the forest.

Neveux’s music for the film underlines its fantastic elements and gives the story the musical form of a darkly romantic fairy-tale. People will compare the writing and approach to that of many fine Danny Elfman scores – but with a distinct European voice, more fully developed thematic ideas and perhaps somewhat more economic orchestrations.

Music is beautifully performed by the Philharmonic Orchestra in London under the baton of veteran film music conductor Allan Wilson. MovieScore Media releases the soundtrack in collaboration with UK label Pale Blue, who are also handling the digital distribution of the album.

There is also a song "With Love and Faith" by Bless which brings a beautiful close to all ready a fine score.

Michael Giacchino’s career included composing numerous videogames for Walt Disney. In 2004, Giacchino, who had moved to TV as the composer of Alias and Lost was hired to write music for his first feature film, Walt Disney/Pixar’s The Incredibles. -- an animated film about a family of superheroes. The Incredibles featured an upbeat jazz orchestral sound and became both a critical and commercial success. In 2007, he teamed again with Incredibles director Brad Bird for the animated film Ratatouille, which earned Giacchino his first Academy Award™ nomination. After tackling more adult fare, including Cloverfield and Star Trek, Giacchino would once again be part of a Disney/Pixar production, 2010’s Up, which would earn Giacchino his first Oscar.

Okay I am thrilled about this release for several reasons and I hope to give you my reasons and why you should get this score to "Back To Gaya". First it is a great moving epic piece of a jousting score, what you might come to expect to an animated film. Second it's Michael Kamen and this being one of the last few works/involvements of his career before his death in 2003 at the age of 55. It is wonderful piece of music that MovieScore Media was able to get this produced and for us to enjoy. Third the "Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation" will benefit from profits made from the sales of this release, this is a foundation set up by Kamen. All that being said, I really am enjoying this score as I find myself listening as I write this because that is how I do it... I know I will be adding this to one of my favorites for 2012.

This has been one of favorites series of soundtracks, because they offer up some of the coolest songs, remixed tracks and new artist. This score starts out very low tone as you can imagine the build up as the journey takes flight and then crashes to a cold wasteland. The only trouble I am having is I wanted it to be longer as I started to really get into it, it ended. Now the good news I can just hit play again, so my frown is upside down and some of the highlight tracks are "Lagging Behind", "Running From Wolves" and the somber but good track "You Are Gonna Die".

For those of you wondering about Parts 3 and 4, we decided the best representation of these scores is to include ALL the music featured in both films, including those cues recycled from Parts 1 and 2. The original music editor did such a great job stitching together all these tiny cues into longer cues that he essentially created an entirely NEW score for these films.

Biography: Clare Grant is a Memphis born actress who grew up heavily involved in the local theater scene. Upon graduating from the University of Memphis for Theater Performance, she had a short modeling career overseas before she began acting professionally after booking a small but pivotal role in Walk the Line, after which, she moved to LA to pursue acting full time.

While in Memphis, Clare met local director, Craig Brewer, who cast her in several independent films before casting her in his first studio film Black Snake Moan & then later in his MTV series $5 Cover. Since then, Clare has found luck in LA, booking leading roles in the Emmy award winning Showtime series Masters of Horror as well as several other films and television shows, including voicing characters on Robot Chicken.

As a producer, Clare created & starred in the short film Saber, which won two awards in the LucasFilm Star Wars Fan Film Awards. With her creative partners, Team Unicorn, she has helped to create and produce viral sensations such as G33K & G4M3R Girls, A Very Zombie Holiday and Super Harmony.

-Tell us about your career and what you are currently working on or involved with?
Clare Grant: I am always working on Team Unicorn projects, but personally, I just wrapped an amazing indy film that I am excited for about James Dean, and have been doing voices for MAD and another top secret project that I can't talk about.

-Is this what you thought you would be doing with your life, what was your first passion?
Clare Grant: My first passion is tie between singing and video games, but I have always been passionate about acting, and grew up in the theatre. I didn't think about pursuing acting professionally until about 6 years ago, and have enjoyed every moment of the journey since.

-To whom do you credit your success to, who gives or gave you the most support?
Clare Grant: The first person who truly believed in me and set me on this is my path is director, Craig Brewer. But currently, my husband is my number one supporter.

-If you could meet or work with [living or dead], who would that be and why?
Clare Grant:If I could work with anyone, it would be Joss Whedon. He was the first director/creator whose work I really took note of. His portrayal of females and human relationships is by far my favorite, and I could easily say he is my favorite "creator" ever.

-What would you like to be remembered for 100 years from now?
Clare Grant: Being a good person who tried to make good decisions.

-Who inspires you?
Clare Grant: My husband inspires me everyday. His vast knowledge of every topic imaginable is awe-inspiring, and he has the best heart of any one I know.

-How are things different today, than the same day 1 year ago?
Clare Grant: Well for starters, I wasn't married a year ago. But I also hadn't created Team Unicorn a year ago. And the Team Unicorn ride has been amazing.

-What is the last song you bought or listened to in your musical device?
Clare Grant: The last album I bought was the new Lord T & Eloise album "Rapocalypse". It's brilliant. Everyone should be listening to them.

-Last good film you had seen, and the best movie you would recommend to someone asking?
Clare Grant: I actually just saw a great sci-fi movie that was extremely though provoking that I loved called "Another Earth". I highly recommend it.

-What is the single greatest moment in your life?
Clare Grant: The single greatest moment of my life will always be the day I married my soul mate.

Missy Hill grew up surrounded by theater & performing. A student of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in LA, she's been acting since age twelve. Her latest credits include: Grandmother in the SAG film, An Evening With My Comatose Mother, The Modern Adaptation of Aesop's Fables, REPO! The Genetic Opera (Shadowcast), Lola in the independent short, Op II, Sally Bowles in the theatrical production of Cabaret, and Connie in the theatrical production of Crazy Eights.

-Tell us about your career and what you are currently working on or involved with?
I started acting at 18yrs old. I grew up with a mother who was an actress & she refused to let me pursue a career professionally until I was 18. I studied at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Hollywood, CA. as well as privately studied with Andrew Benne in LA & Douglas Caputo & Jeff Johnson in Utah. Most of my past experience is in Theater, until recently. After Unicorn City, I was used as the face for the lead character in a recent graphic novel called TYNK & I landed the part of MOTHER in a SAG Independent Short, AN EVENING WITH MY COMATOSE MOTHER, which has also done extremely well with the critics & in the film festival scene, including two recent awards for which I've won: Best Supporting Actress & Best Transformation In A Film. Currently they are adapting AN EVENING WITH MY COMATOSE MOTHER into a full feature, as well as adapting the graphic novel TYNK into a full feature.

-Is this what you thought you would be doing with your life, what was your first passion?
This has ALWAYS been my passion since I was old enough to remember. Growing up with a mother who acted (and is VERY talented to boot), I have endless memories of watching her rehearse & perform my whole life & thinking to myself that one day I was going to become an actress too & I never waivered.

-To whom do you credit your success to, who gives or gave you the most support?
There are numerous people who deserve credit for the success I've had. All my teachers, my friends, The Leflers, etc. But my parents are the ones who deserve the MOST credit. They've NEVER doubted, never judged my choice of career when most others did & they ALWAYS helped me in whatever way they could. Without question, their unending love & support keep me going.

-If you could meet or work with [living or dead], who would that be and why?
Ooooh how I hate questions like these....but ok, let's see....ok, I got it! DEFINITELY, hands down Darren Aronofsky & The Coen Brothers! Oh & Jeff Bridges & Meryl Streep too....Ya, I know that's not just one person, but that's why I hate these kinds of questions.

-What would you like to be remembered for 100 years from now?
Of course I'd LOVE to be remembered for my theatrical accomplishments, as well as for my writing, dancing, singing, etc. But mostly for never giving up on my dream.

-When you were growing up, what was your favorite role playing game and character, if not role playing... what game [Monopoly, Clue, Uno, e.t.c]?
You're gonna laugh at me for this because everyone does, but although I loved board games (and charades was one of my favorites), my favorite game to play as a child was the game of pretend. I'd make up COUNTLESS things to play pretend with & was able to completely lose myself in it. Still makes me smile thinking about it!

-How are things different today, than the same day 1 year ago?
There's been a change of scenery & location, new friends, opportunities to travel & new projects to work on....but definitely a bigger smile.

-What is the last song you bought or listened to in your musical device?

-Last good film you had seen, and the best movie you would recommend to someone asking?

Last good film I saw was True Grit & the best movie I'd recommend to someone would be (and this depends on the person really), I guess...Requiem For A Dream.

I played the role of Angie, Marsha's best friend and Pat's girlfriend in the movie Unicorn City.

Thoughts: You read it correctly four well known iconic characters in two western like horror flicks and you somewhere in the middle. I didn't know what to expect with either films, I found them great for a lazy afternoon of bad weather... not saying that is the only time to watch them. You will get what you want out of these films, I encourage you to watch them back to back.

Thoughts: Two films both with some crazy stuff going on and me right in the middle not knowing which way to turn if I go left it's one crazy kid and the other direction brings the crazies. Wendell needs some therapy, real help. Scarlet is in more need of a good lock down from the world in it's many short films... with a special screening of Carnival of Souls. Both films will bring you closer to the edge with it's very straight to dvd style and graphic content... you should watch alone. I am still riding the fence if I enjoyed these or if I need some therapy myself... and many who know me, know the answer.

Banned in many countries! - Udo Kier is a witch hunter apprentice to Herbert Lom. Udo believes strongly in his mentor and in the ways of the church but loses faith when he catches Lom strangle a man to death for calling him impotent. Kier begins to see for himself that the witch trials are nothing but a scam of the church to seduce women, rob people of their land, money, and other personal belongings. in the end, the towns people revolt, Herbert Llom escapes and poor Udo is tortured to death by the towns people with the his own devices from the dungeon. - Rated 'V' for violence - this film contains very strong graphic torture!

Thoughts: Okay witches and people against the church wrapped up in medieval tortures and what does that bring... one of the most disturbing films I have seen in sometime. Now keeping this in mind it's release is in the early 1970's which makes the gore more cartoon-ish and blood that resembles red paint. It also based on real cases of torture told in more a dramatic/gore form, I would watch this again. It is not for the squeamish or those on an empty stomach, I would recommend for those who enjoy a classic horror film.

Thoughts: Okay this is for that young lady who is thinking about traveling up the country side to meet that cool boy who you barely know. I say don't you might find yourself locked in a cage where your life is now a judgement and this justice is blind. Hippie chicks, little clothes, spinsters ladies and that is in the first ten minutes... so just imagine the rest of the film.

Thoughts: When you are feeling down and what to get away for the night can I suggest a Drive In Movie, just be warned you are not alone and remember to check your back seat. If something doesn't feel right, you can always ask the manager for your money back, if someone dies every night... why would you think going here would be a good thing?

Thoughts: This is one of those films you loved from the eighties, because the success of films like "Alien" makes it possible for this film to be made. Will you like it better than "Alien" probably not... will you find in entertaining, I say if you like the cheese... then yes!

HERE IS MY RE-POST WITH THE SUPER CROONERS "THE BLANKS" AND THE INTERVIEW I HAD WITH THEM... [also if you would like to read both parts, please follow the buttons on the right side to The Blanks: Bio, Videos and More]

Set the scene: I walk down to my office as I hear the some voices, and one screams, "hey man don't eat all those chips"... My pace picks up because the door to my office is locked, and it's like 3am in the morning. I shuffle the doorknob to warn the intruders I am a force to be dealt with... the door swings open [dramatic music]. You ever seen raccoons in your backyard that you flicker light into their eyes, well that is what I saw... four guys scarfing down the last crumbs of the bag of chips. A little jolt as we got our focus to the situation as I came to realize it was my good friends "The Blanks", I can call them friends... cause I can. As I greet... George, Paul, Sam, and Philip... welcoming them to my little internet office... It went something like this:

[2vs8]: Please tell us a little more about you, that is not on the website, the real you?

We are George [George Miserlis], Paul [Paul F. Perry], Sam [Sam Lloyd], and Philip [Philip McNiven], just four average small-town kids who had a dream to sing acapella on a medical sitcom. But once success hit, like so many pop idols in mega-star boy bands, we each got pigeonholed, given labels like The Cute One, the Bad Boy, the Good-Looking Idiot and the Shy Loner with the Large Doll Collection. But we’re more than that. For example we all enjoy scrap-booking, and are avid falconers.

[2vs8]: Careers outside of the band, any telemarketers or snake oil salesman?

Paul F. Perry: I once worked in a factory putting glue onto flypaper, but I didn’t stick to it.

Sam Lloyd: I used to be trainer for a dog, but it didn’t sit well.

Philip McNiven: I wanted to be a tennis instructor, but I lacked the follow-through.

George Miserlis: I teach English as a Second language to foreigners, but it’s hard to make them talk good.

[2vs8]: If you could have a dinner party with famous dead people, who would you invite?

Philip McNiven: Everyone picks Jesus, Mohammed, Leonardo da Vinci, and Hitler. But if I’m having a dinner party, I want guests to bring a nice dish. And Da Vinci’s risotto, to be honest, is mediocre at best.

Paul F. Perry: Mother Theresa does a surprisingly good tiramisu. She does anything well that you don’t need all your teeth to eat.

George Miserlis: I hear Hitler makes a nice blintz. His blintz-kreig, he calls it.

Sam Lloyd: I’d invite Coco Chanel. She makes all the dead people smell real nice.

Philip McNiven: And here’s a tip, never serve brains. Once those dead get into that, the party’s over.

[2vs8]: What scares you more puppets with strings or without?

It’s funny how often we get this question.

Sam Lloyd: Puppets are scary when move by themselves without an operator.

Paul F. Perry: Chucky.

George Miserlis: Oh, I know, I can never set foot in a Chucky Cheese. Just the thought of that puppet making those pizzas.

Philip McNiven: The scariest puppet was Roberto Benigni in that Pinocchio movie.

Paul F. Perry: Puppets with strings are soothing. Puppets with a Dixieland brass section are terrifying.

[2vs8]: When did you know what you wanted to do, that led you to here "The Blanks"?

When did we know we wanted to tour the world as members of an acappella group? We started small, with a silly song at a party, trying to impress a girl. That led to another party, and then to a tv show, which happened to run for nine years before expanding into syndication. Then we started getting fan mail from places like Platteville, WI. So we went there and did a show. Now we are heading to play a sold-out hall in Vienna, the city of Mozart and Liszt. All of this, and we’re still trying to impress that girl.

[2vs8]: If you could be a super hero or super villain, which one and what would be your powers and why?

Sam Lloyd: I’d be Super Interview-Answer-Man, and my power would be to answer all questions in a witty and informative way.

Paul F. Perry: Dude, go for a power you don’t already have.

Sam Lloyd: Thanks, man.

George Miserlis: Can I say my Mom? The way she raised me was super.

Sam Lloyd: Dude, you can’t be your mom, that’s a little psycho.

Philip McNiven: I’d like to be Captain BlowMyself. I’d have the ability to – well, you get the idea.

[2vs8]: Something your mother caught you doing, that you said was something else... only want to know the "something else"?

Sam Lloyd: I was embarrassed to be caught reading the New York Review of Books in bed, so I told my mom that I was masturbating.

Paul F. Perry: I often tell people I’m saving the world. But I’m usually just being Captain Blowmyself, bent over under a desk, trying to – well, you get the idea.

[2vs8]: People say this is my best feature and why… nothing to do with the last question?

Paul F. Perry: Our best feature is the film we made of “Guy Love”. You can find it on YouTube.

Sam Lloyd: My best feature is my ability not to repeat myself. Not to repeat myself, that’s my best feature.

George Miserlis: My best feature is my thick, glossy mane of luxurious hair.

Philip McNiven: Me too. It’s just mine grows on my back.

[2vs8]: If you could tell someone something about anything, what would that be and why?

We’d say that if you like the Blue Man group, or Cirque de Soleil, but are tired of toilet paper on your head and French Canadians on trapezes and want something fresh, come see the Blanks. It’s a show for all ages, from 6 to 96. Even at 97, you’ll enjoy the show, because frankly, it’s nice to get out.

A few hours has passed...

I heard a whistle blow and the guys had to be on the next plane to Germany and another sold out show. Jaclyn Hales was born in Syracuse, New York, September 4, 1986. Her first acting debut came quickly after her family moved to Portsmouth, New Hampshire at the age of 6. She was cast as the “Shrunken Alice” in Alice in Wonderland at a small hometown theater. Since then she has been addicted to the art of theater and acting. As a teenager her family moved to Utah and It was there that she switched gears from stage to film. Her first TV appearance was on the WB series Everwood, playing Katherine Adams, the ex-girlfriend of the show’s leading man.

After four years of studying acting at Utah Valley University she graduated with a BS in Theater Performance and a couple of prestigious awards from the department including: “Best Actress of the Year 2009” and “Best Student Director 2009”.

Her resume was filling up with award winning short films, and local commercials, but her first real break was landing the leading lady in Unicorn City (2009). Her participation in this SAG feature-film allowed her to join the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) which helped launch her career towards more feature films. Jaclyn hopes to continue acting for as long as people are willing to watch!

-Tell us about your career and what you are currently working on or involved with?

My career started at age five on the stage in a tiny repertory theater in Portsmouth NH, where I grew up. My film career didn't really professionally start until I graduated college from Utah Valley University (BS in Theater performance). I was booking mostly local commercials at first and finally got my break as the Lead in a feature film with Unicorn City. Since then I've booked two more films due to be out next year, Scents and Sensibility, and The Mill. Currently I'm making the transition to LA and tackling the insanely saturated competition....WISH ME LUCK!

-Is this what you thought you would be doing with your life, what was your first passion?
YES, like I said, I started acting at five and haven't stopped since. I haven't gone a year of my life without being in some kind of play or film.

-To whom do you credit your success to, who gives or gave you the most support?

My parents definitely. Both have supported me financially when I was scraping by but needed head shots, or a ride to an audition, or what ever, as well as emotional support always!

-If you could meet or work with [living or dead], who would that be and why?

Meryl Streep hands down. I think I would start crying when I met her even if I was a big star myself...she will always be a perfect example to me of who I want to model my career after.

-What would you like to be remembered for 100 years from now?

For being a charitable person. Not greedy.

-When you were growing up, what was your favorite role playing game and character, if not role playing... what game [Monopoly, Clue, Uno, e.t.c]?

Always "dress up". My favorite part of any role I play today or even as a kid, was the costumes. As an actress its the final touch and shove that brings my character to life.

-How are things different today, than the same day 1 year ago?

Uhhhh......My whole world is different. I don't even live in the same state, I'm single now, I have union status as an actor, I've made twice the amount of friends in the "industry" and I'm scared out of my mind for what the future holds. Kids don't try this at home!

-What is the last song you bought or listened to in your musical device?

I have a bad habit of not noting which artist I'm listening to when I listen to the radio, so I wouldn't even know.

-Last good film you had seen, and the best movie you would recommend to someone asking?

Last good film I saw was Fright Night. Surprisingly very entertaining and well executed. My favorite movie in the world and I recommend/condemn those who haven't seen it...Jurassic Park. It's a nostalgic thing....As a kid that movie blew my mind!

-Tell us your role or involvement in "Unicorn City"?

I play Marsha, who is the leading man's leading lady. I was actually the first person cast in the film several years ago, so I've been part of this project for a while and happy to be! I think people will like Marsha cause she'll kill you with kindness.

-Favorite Fantasy Film or Television Show?

-Favorite Memory while working on "Unicorn City"?

The day we shot the "attacking of the monster/grandma's car" scene. We all just had fun and really had to get into character as LARPers (Live. Action. Role. Playing). That scene is really all of us just playing make believe and for a second it was completely understandable why people really go out and do that sort of thing...it's FUN!

-Favorite Song? Theme from Jurassic Park.

-Favorite Film Fantasy Character? The T-Rex from Jurassic park;-)

-Favorite Film Composer? John Williams....he did Jurassic Park

-Favorite Thing In Your Home? My bed.

NON! I had the privilege of wearing a fanny pack with almost every costume which had several props which was a continuity nightmare! I take it back, I liked my swords.

-Favorite Hiding Place? Movie theaters.

-If you could tell someone something someone told you, "words to live by" what would that be?

Probably that, the more you give the more you get back. And I believe that not because I think you'll double your money if you lend it out, but because the self worth you feel when you give to others, whether it's your time, money, respect, or a pair of pants.... that’s what will keep you moving forward with purpose and there for bring you success or what ever else you're looking for in life.

Bio: Adrian’s background is in business. He graduated from the University of Utah with a BA in Business Management. Entrepreneurial in every way, he moved into sales where he was extremely successful, eventually working for PEI (Professional Education Institute) where he worked in training and management. While doing this he was dabbling in film related interests. He worked on a number of short films and also assisted in the production of three commercials with his brother, Bryan.

Adrian, along with his brother Bryan and father, Tom, organized Salt Lake Film Productions LLC, a film company dedicated to creating entertaining and enjoyable comedies and dramas.

Adrian and Seth Dahle, his business partner, operate a successful social media marketing company called My Social Practice. He and his wife, Emilie, and their four children live in Highland, Utah.

-Tell us about your career and what you are currently working on or involved with?

I am in the process of distributing Unicorn City. We have it showing in several festivals. I'm also finishing a scene play called "I Hate My Freaking Brother!" that I've worked on for a few years. It's an eighties coming of age story. Comedy... hilarious... and it's about a boy who is in love with his older brothers girlfriend.

-Is this what you thought you would be doing with your life, what was your first passion?

I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life until i hit 29. Then I realized I enjoyed writing. I don't think ahead very well.... I do what is in front of my face.

-To whom do you credit your success to, who gives or gave you the most support?

My wife and family.

-If you could meet or work with [living or dead], who would that be and why?

My grandpa's... My mothers dad died when I was 5 and my fathers dad died when I was 3 months old.

-What would you like to be remembered for 100 years from now? That I was honest and worked hard.

-When you were growing up, what was your favorite role playing game and character, if not role playing... what game [Monopoly, Clue, Uno, e.t.c]? I played a lot of Pac Man... a lot.

-How are things different today, than the same day 1 year ago?

I year ago we just finished shooting the film and were cutting it together. It was a mess at first and we weren't sure how good it would be. Now I know weve got a great film that will go viral and I'm happy with what we've accomplished.

-What is the last song you bought or listened to in your musical device?

I bought Cage the Elephant the other day... couple songs from them.

-Last good film you had seen, and the best movie you would recommend to someone asking?

I loved "The Road". Best film that teaches you to love humanity that I've ever seen. I just saw Rise of Planet of the Apes twice. I'd recommend that to anyone.

-Tell us your role or involvement in "Unicorn City"? I was the co-writer and one of the producers.

-Favorite Fantasy Film or Television Show?

Breaking Bad and Battlestar Galactica for television.... fantasy film, I would have to say... LOTR, Pan's Labyrinth and I really like Miyazaki's Animated films.

-Favorite Memory while working on "Unicorn City"?

First day of shooting... everyone showed up and it blew my mind.

-Favorite Song?

Don't have one but I love Hendrix, Stones, Jethro Tull, 311, Ratatat, Pinback... also really like Brittany Spears new song. I find myself singing to it.

-Favorite Film Fantasy Character? Probably the "Devil" in Legend.

-Favorite Film Composer? I don't know.

-Favorite Thing In Your Home? My bed.

I had a bunch of toads when I was a kid. There was one that was deformed and I had to kill it because it was dying slowly. So I killed it. I'll never forget that toad.

Interview with "The Active Set"... and the Release of "11"

I walked into this bar outside big town everyone has heard of, but by the end of the night couldn't remember where... what they could remember was the headliners "The Active Set". I wander back to a door that says "cool people only" I naturally thought about it for a second, and I looked around at quickly ran in. As I walked down a hallway reading door to door knowing my plan was to talk to the headliners I came to the door at the end that had a piece of thick tape and the black marker words "The Active Set"... I knocked and was greeted...

Hey Guys... would you mind if I asked you some questions... I heard sure come on in...

MS - Matthew Stolarz - vox/bass

WR - Wayne Russell - guitar/vox
FR - Francis Ramsden - guitar/vox/keys
MC - Michael Castro - drums/vox/keys

-Tell us about the band and your personal favorite things?

MS - I love a variety of things, and the boys are down to get eclectic. No one is too rigid here. Also, we are punctual.

WR - Football (soccer) West Bromwich Albion. jeeps. Buying things

FR - The Active Set gives me a little different perspective on bands and music. We are all over the place with our music. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing but I like it.

MC - This band has such a myriad of influences and tastes..we try our best to throw it all into the stew to make a delectable and succulent audio dish.

-What are some of groups/bands you were part of before, how is working in "The Active Set" differ?

MS - I helped start the Briggs. Left to escape monotony. Also had a short lived band called Language Room. It broke up due to personality conflicts. We couldn't be more different in the Active Set, but we all respect each other and do a pretty good job of listening to each other.

FR - I was in a band called Champion The Average. The song writing is easier with The Active Set.

MC - I started a group with a buddy in Oakland, Ca in 2005 called 'system3' based solely on Roland Juno arpeggios, very electronic and organic based; i discovered a vast landscape of music possibilities and it greatly expanded my capabilities and playing; this is when I started playing live electronic percussion sounds with my acoustic kit to form a great hybrid drumkit; i brought this to the Active Set because it's a wonderful thing.

-Best and worst parts of making the video "Famous For Dying"?

MS - Best part was the cast and crew. It could not have been a more relaxed/enjoyable environment, and I really felt the cast 'went there' with their roles. The worst thing was the mess, and actually bite marks left on my face for days.

WR - Best - fun to get eaten alive, zombie fan so to make something with zombies was great, Francis couldn't make it
Worst - fake blood removal is difficult. A good shirt was ruined. Francis wasn't there

FR - Best parts: Watching my bandmates get killed and eaten. Very cathartic for me. Worst parts: I wasn't in it - (had a family obligation on the day of shooting)

MC - Best parts: acting and living out childhood dreams of being part of great music videos; working with wonderful and talented people/friends Worst part: getting bloody and gooky and messing up my stuff and having to clean it.. and not coming back to life as a zombie to rock out in the video after being ravished by zombies.

-Who do you listen to personally [music] and your musical inspirations/influences?

MS - Let's just go with what I've been listening to lately: Absorbed in the Ziggy-era Bowie catalog. Also, Chairlift, the Drums first album, Butch Walker. I was so engrossed with older music for years, I'm proud of myself for being somewhat current.

WR - Radiohead, libertines, wilco, Sigur Ros, bloc party, deerhunter, a lot more, the list changes hourly probably

FR - At The Drive In, Sunny Day Real Estate, The Killingtons, Muse, Sigur Ros, Does It Offend You Yeah, Eazy-E, U2, Gorillaz

-Where do you see or want to see "The Active Set" going in the future?

MS - Oh, everywhere I hope. I'm thirsting for some world tour action.

-Fan response to the video "Famous For Dying" and some of the cooler comments about it?

MS - I love how 'interactive' it is. It seems everyone has an opinion about it: it's length, what happens, etc. I'm pleased to have something that engages people, and that they feel they have to express an opinion about.

WR - I've heard mixed, people that like horror totally got the ending and loved the gore. Someone almost threw up, probably because the acting is so convincing or something. Somebody didn't like it because our friends are the zombies.

FR - I liked the guy who got all up in a bunch when Matt knew he was going to comment about the concept. (On YouTube)

-Strangest fan requests, that made you raise an eyebrow?

MS - Songs? Hmmmm. Nothing too out of the ordinary. Someone asked for a Libertines cover recently.

WR - Fans avoid me. They talk to everyone else but me.

FR - To take us back to their place and make pancakes at 2 am :-| - We didn't go

MC - To cover Kenny Loggins

-Out of all your music, which do feel is your best work?

MS - This new album took a while to get done, but it was worth it. We are quite pleased. It is a perfect snapshot of where we are and where we're going I suppose.

WR - New album, it's a band effort and that's a good thing

FR - I like all for different reasons.

Now I have been racking my brain on what direction I should go, because if you know I never do anything that is normal. I try to find the twist and turn, some kind of angle... I am pleased to present my list of Noughties...

My choices for the top epic soundtrack scores for each year, now [for those who don't know] the score is the just the music that helps the film along. Not to be confused with the soundtrack that features songs that help new artist get recognized with a few classic songs... mostly re-done classics. I went with "EPIC" film scores, because they are mostly films you have heard of and represent a larger scale budget. I am a fan of score music and have large variety of musical taste, so these are my choices.

Just a couple things you might want to know on some of the choices that I have made that if you were to want any of these scores. Starting with the "Lord of the Rings" series, they are all available in huge "Expanded" versions and two more versions that Howard Shore released (Lord of the Rings Symphony and Book: Music of The Lord of the Rings Films). Second "Superman Returns" may not be the best film out there, but John Ottman's vision is great and the way he incorporates in John Williams themes.

Third the score for "Transformers" was not mass produced so it is a little hard to find for a descent price, but it is one of the best of the three films. Forth "The Incredible Hulk" is like one of the first "CDR" released scores, I believe there might be regular printed versions... I have never seen it. Last "Star Trek" it also comes as a single Cd and as a "Expanded" edition and represents many of the original score and incorporates some great epic themes.

Now you may be wondering where "Harry Potter" is or how come "Pearl Harbor" are not in this list... I agree "Harry Potter" should be here, but this is the overall list from me. I hope you enjoyed it, samples of each of the scores is on Amazon... I encourage you to check them out.

...On arrival in Haiti, Madeleine Short reunites with her fiancé Neil Parker, with imminent plans to be married. On the way to their lodging, the couple's coach passes Murder Legendre, an evil voodoo master, who observes them with interest. Neil and Madeleine arrive at the home of the wealthy plantation owner, Charles Beaumont. Charles' love of Madeleine prompts him to meet Murder secretly in Murder's sugar cane mill, operated entirely by zombies. Charles wants to convince Madeleine to marry him and solicits Murder's supernatural assistance. Murder states that the only way to help Charles is to transform Madeleine into a zombie with a potion. Beaumont agrees, takes the potion, and surreptitiously gives it to Madeleine. Shortly after Madeleine and Neil's wedding ceremony, the potion takes effect on Madeleine, who soon dies and is buried. Murder and Charles enter Madeleine's tomb at night and bring her back to life as a zombie. In a drunken state, a depressed Neil sees ghostly apparitions of Madeleine and goes to her tomb. On finding it empty, Neil seeks out the assistance of the local missionary, Dr. Bruner, who recounts how Murder turned many of his rivals into zombies, who now act as Murder's closest guardians. The two men journey to Murder's cliff side castle to rescue Madeleine.

At the castle, Charles has begun to regret Madeleine's transformation and begs Murder to return her to life, but Murder refuses. Charles discovers he has been tainted by Murder's voodoo and is also transforming into a zombie. As Neil enters the fortress, Murder senses his presence and silently orders Madeleine to kill Neil. She approaches Neil with a knife, but Bruner grabs her hand from behind a curtain, making her drop the knife and walk away. Neil follows Madeleine to an escarpment, where Murder commands his zombie guardians to kill Neil. Bruner approaches Murder and knocks him out, breaking Murder's mental control over his zombies. Undirected, the zombies topple off the cliff. Murder awakens and eludes Neil and Bruner, but Charles pushes Murder off the cliff. Charles loses his balance and also falls to his death. Murder's death releases Madeleine from her zombie trance, and she awakens to embrace Neil.

BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN [1935]

...On a stormy night, Percy Bysshe Shelley (Douglas Walton) and Lord Byron (Gavin Gordon) praise Mary Shelley (Elsa Lanchester) for her story of Frankenstein and his Monster. Reminding them that her intention was to impart a moral lesson, Mary says she has more of the story to tell. The scene shifts to the end of the 1931 Frankenstein.

Villagers gathered around the burning windmill cheer the apparent death of the Monster (Boris Karloff, credited as "Karloff"). Their joy is tempered by the realization that Henry Frankenstein (Colin Clive) is also apparently dead. Hans (Reginald Barlow), father of the girl the creature drowned in the previous film, wants to see the Monster's bones. He falls into a pit underneath the mill, where the Monster strangles him. Hauling himself from the pit, the Monster casts Hans' wife (Mary Gordon) into it to her death. He next encounters Minnie (Una O'Connor), who flees in terror.

Henry's body is returned to his fiancée Elizabeth (Valerie Hobson) at his ancestral castle home. Minnie arrives to sound the alarm about the Monster but her warning goes unheeded. Elizabeth, seeing Henry move, realizes he is still alive. Nursed back to health by Elizabeth, Henry has renounced his creation but still believes he may be destined to unlock the secret of life and immortality. A hysterical Elizabeth cries that she sees death coming, foreshadowing the arrival of Henry's former mentor, Doctor Septimus Pretorius (Ernest Thesiger). In his rooms, Pretorius shows Henry several homunculi he has created, including a miniature queen, king, archbishop, devil, ballerina and mermaid. Pretorius wishes to work with Henry to create a mate for the Monster and offers a toast to their venture: "To a new world of gods and monsters!"

The Monster saves a young shepherdess (Anne Darling) from drowning. Her screams upon seeing him alert two hunters, who shoot and injure the creature. The hunters raise a mob that sets out in pursuit. Captured and trussed to a pole, the Monster is hauled to a dungeon and chained. Left alone, he breaks his chains and escapes.

That night the Monster encounters a gypsy family and burns his hand in their campfire. Following the sound of a violin playing "Ave Maria", the Monster encounters an old blind hermit (O. P. Heggie) who thanks God for sending him a friend. He teaches the monster words like "friend" and "good" and shares a meal with him. Two lost hunters stumble upon the cottage and recognize the Monster. He attacks them and accidentally burns down the cottage as the hunters lead the hermit away.

Taking refuge from another angry mob in an underground crypt, the Monster spies Pretorius and his cronies Karl (Dwight Frye) and Ludwig (Ted Billings) breaking open a grave. The henchmen depart as Pretorius stays to enjoy a light supper. The Monster approaches Pretorius, and learns that Pretorius plans to create a mate for him.

Henry and Elizabeth, now married, are visited by Pretorius. He is ready for Henry to do his part in their "grand collaboration". Henry refuses and Pretorius calls in the Monster who demands Henry's help. Henry again refuses and Pretorius orders the Monster out, secretly signaling him to kidnap Elizabeth. Pretorius guarantees her safe return upon Henry's participation. Henry returns to his tower laboratory where in spite of himself he grows excited over his work. After being assured of Elizabeth's safety, Henry completes the Bride's body.

A storm rages as final preparations are made to bring the Bride to life. Her bandage-wrapped body is raised through the roof. Lightning strikes a kite, sending electricity through the Bride. Henry and Pretorius lower her and realize their success. "She's alive! Alive!" Henry cries. They remove her bandages and help her to stand. "The bride of Frankenstein!" Doctor Pretorius declares.

The excited Monster sees his mate (Elsa Lanchester) and reaches out to her, asking, "Friend?" The Bride, screaming rejects him. "She hate me! Like others" the Monster dejectedly says. As Elizabeth races to Henry's side, the Monster rampages through the laboratory. The Monster tells Henry and Elizabeth "Yes! Go! You live!" To Pretorius and the Bride, he says "You stay. We belong dead." While Henry and Elizabeth flee, the Monster sheds a tear and pulls a lever to trigger the destruction of the laboratory and tower.

It! The Terror from Beyond Space

...In 1973, the United States Space Commission announces that a spaceship under the command of Van Heusen has been sent to rescue the first spacecraft to land on Mars, after receiving notification from its commander, Col. Edward Carruthers, that he is the lone survivor of his crew of nine. Under suspicion for murdering the crew, Ed is being brought back to Earth for a court-martial. On Mars, as the rescue ship prepares to blast off, an alien boards the ship through an open hatch and hides in the storage compartment. Van and most of the crew are wary of Ed’s presence, doubting his story that while returning to the ship from a day of exploration, his crew was chased by an unidentified creature and subsequently disappeared in a sand storm. While working in the lower part of the ship, crew member Joe Keinholtz hears a strange noise and, upon investigating, is attacked and killed by the Martian. Later, after crew member Gino Finelli does not return from a trip to the lower deck, his brother Bob grows concerned and demands that Van and the others look for him. Below deck, the pale, limp body of Keinholtz is discovered, and Jack Purdue finds Gino barely alive, wedged in an air duct, but is threatened by the Martian before he can reach him. After Purdue escapes, Ed orders the hatch sealed and mined with grenades.

The crew listens as the hatch rattles and the grenades explode, but afterward they are amazed when the sounds of the alien crashing about are heard over the radio speaker. After Van orders the men below to investigate, they find the lower deck smashed. When the alien attempts to jump out of a hatch, the men shoot him several times to no avail. Back on the upper deck, nurse Ann Anderson suggests they attack the creature with gas. The lower deck is flooded with fumes, but when Van opens the hatch to check the results, he is clawed by the alien. Nurse Mary Royce cannot immediately determine Keinholtz’s cause of death, but an autopsy reveals that Keinholtz did not die from being crushed, but from all the fluid in his body being removed. After Mary's husband Eric suggests they electrocute the alien, Ed and crew member Jim Calder reach the deck below the alien by climbing outside and down the side of the ship. While the remaining crew make noises to distract the Martian, Ed and Calder rig the trap on the stairwell. The crew is dismayed when the Martian is caught as planned but barely scathed by the jolt. Angered by the attack, the creature attacks Calder, who is injured and urges Ed to escape without him. Calder holds off the creature’s subsequent attacks with a blowtorch as Ed rejoins the others and plans another strike.

Overwrought, Van accuses Ed of having abandoned Calder. Hearing the accusation over the ship’s speaker, Calder refutes Van. Mary then reports to Ed that Purdue and Van have developed leukemia-like symptoms from their attacks and she has had to transfuse them with all the blood available on the main deck. As Ed decides that he and Eric must risk going below for more blood, Calder reports that the alien has taken Gino’s body to the reactor room. Van orders the core be exposed in an attempt to irradiate the creature as Ed, Eric and Bob go to the lower storage area to get fresh blood. The radiation attack infuriates the Martian, who then attacks and kills Bob. The crew members flee to the top deck, certain that it is only a matter of time before they are all murdered by the alien. After Ed notices the high oxygen levels in the ship, Eric speculates that the thin air of Mars has provided the creature with strong lungs. Ed then orders the crew to don oxygen masks and drains the entire ship of oxygen, which at last kills the Martian. Back on earth, the Space Commission receives a request from Van to drop the charges against Ed and a warning from the remaining crew that Mars should remain off limits for all future expeditions.

Sir Alfred Joseph Hitchcock, (13 August 1899 – 29 April 1980) was a British film director and producer. He pioneered many techniques in the suspense and psychological thriller genres. After a successful career in his native United Kingdom in both silent films and early talkies, Hitchcock moved to Hollywood. In 1956 he became an American citizen, while remaining a British subject.

Over a career spanning more than half a century, Hitchcock fashioned for himself a distinctive and recognizable directorial style. He pioneered the use of a camera made to move in a way that mimics a person's gaze, forcing viewers to engage in a form of voyeurism.He framed shots to maximize anxiety, fear, or empathy, and used innovative film editing. His stories frequently feature fugitives on the run from the law alongside "icy blonde" female characters. Many of Hitchcock's films have twist endings and thrilling plots featuring depictions of violence, murder, and crime, although many of the mysteries function as decoys or "MacGuffins" meant only to serve thematic elements in the film and the extremely complex psychological examinations of the characters. Hitchcock's films also borrow many themes from psychoanalysis and feature strong sexual undertones. Through his cameo appearances in his own films, interviews, film trailers, and the television program Alfred Hitchcock Presents, he became a cultural icon.

Hitchcock directed more than fifty feature films in a career spanning six decades. Often regarded as the greatest British filmmaker, he came first in a 2007 poll of film critics in Britain's Daily Telegraph, which said: "Unquestionably the greatest filmmaker to emerge from these islands, Hitchcock did more than any director to shape modern cinema, which would be utterly different without him. His flair was for narrative, cruelly withholding crucial information (from his characters and from us) and engaging the emotions of the audience like no one else." The magazine MovieMaker has described him as the most influential filmmaker of all-time, and he is widely regarded as one of cinema's most significant artists.

House on Haunted Hill [1959]

House on Haunted Hill is the tale of five people invited to stay the night in a haunted house by an eccentric millionaire, Fredrick Loren (Vincent Price), who is throwing the "party" for his fourth wife, Annabelle (Carol Ohmart), with the stipulation that the power will be out and all doors will be locked at midnight, allowing no accessible escape. Anyone who stays in the house for the entire night, given that they are still alive, will each receive $10,000.

The five guests all arrive in separate funeral cars with a hearse leading, which he explains may be empty now, but they may be in need of it later. He explains the rules of the party and gives each of the guests a .45 caliber pistol for protection. Loren's wife tries to warn the guests that her husband is psychotic, causing them to be very suspicious of him, especially Nora Manning (Carolyn Craig), who becomes convinced that he's trying to kill her when she keeps seeing mysterious ghouls, including the ghost of Annabelle, who had hanged herself after being forced to attend the party.

Almost as frightened as Nora is Watson Pritchard (Elisha Cook), the house's owner and another of the party's guests. He is fully convinced that the house is genuinely haunted by the ghosts of those killed there in the past, and that those ghosts have the power to "come for" and kill anyone in the house that they wish.

Eventually it is revealed that Annabelle faked her death in league with one of the guests, Dr. Trent (Alan Marshal). The two have been attempting to frighten Nora so badly that she will be spooked into shooting Frederick. Indeed, after being driven into a fit of hysteria by the repeated frights she has experienced during the evening, Nora does fire upon Frederick, assuming he is going to kill her. After she flees the room, Dr. Trent slips in and tries to get rid of Frederick's body by pushing it into a vat of acid, but the lights go out, and when they come back on, both of the men are gone.

After hearing the sound of the gunshot, Annabelle enters to confirm that her plan to kill her husband has come to fruition. Suddenly, a skeleton emerges from the acid accompanied by Frederick's voice. The spectre approaches Annabelle as she recoils in terror. In this panic, the screaming Annabelle accidentally backs into the acid herself. The real Frederick walks out of the shadows, holding the contraption that he was using to control the skeleton. In his triumph, he watches Annabelle disintegrate.

Nora tells the other guests that she's shot Loren in the wine cellar, and they all rush down there. When they arrive, they see that he's actually alive, and he tells Nora that the gun she had fired at him had been loaded only with blanks. He then explains to guests that his wife and Dr. Trent had been trying to kill him and that they each have met their end in the vat of acid. He says solemnly that he is "ready for justice to decide" his guilt or innocence.

Just when everyone thinks the trauma is finally over Watson Pritchard looks into the acid and asserts that Annabelle and Dr. Trent have now joined the ranks of house's ghosts. Then, with a terrified expression on his face, he announces that the ghosts are now coming for him. Breaking the fourth wall, he looks at the camera and adds, "and then they'll come for you."

Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein (which has the onscreen title Bud Abbott Lou Costello Meet Frankenstein) is a 1948 American comedy horror film directed by Charles Barton and starring the comedy team of Abbott and Costello. It is the first of several films where the comedy duo meets classic characters from Universal's horror film stable. In this film, they encounter Count Dracula, Frankenstein's monster and the Wolf Man, while subsequent films pair the duo with the Mummy, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, and the Invisible Man. On a TV special in the early 1950s, the two did a sketch where they interacted with the latest original Universal Studios monster being promoted at the time, the Creature from the Black Lagoon (1954). The film is considered the swan song for the "Big Three" Universal horror monsters – Count Dracula, the Wolf Man and Frankenstein's monster – although it does not appear to fit within the loose continuity of the earlier films.

The Plot:

Film opens with Larry Talbot (Lon Chaney, Jr.) making an urgent call from London to a railway baggage claim room in LaMirada, Florida where Chick Young (Bud Abbott) and Wilbur Grey (Lou Costello) work as baggage-clerks. Talbot tries to impart the danger of a shipment to the "McDougal House Of Horrors" to Wilbur. However, before he is able, a full moon rises and he becomes The Wolf Man and the call is disconnected. Wilbur, thinking the call is just a crank, continues on with his work day. Then, when the actual Mr. McDougal (Frank Ferguson) shows up to claim the shipment of crates containing "the remains of the original Count Dracula (Béla Lugosi)" and "the body of the Frankenstein Monster" (Glenn Strange). However, when Wilbur and Chick mishandle the crates, McDougal demands that they deliver them in person so an insurance agent can inspect them for damages.

When Chick and Wilbur get to McDougal's "House Of Horrors", they open the first shipping crate and find a coffin with "Dracula" inscribed on the front. Wilbur witnesses Dracula awaken when Chick is out of the room, but fails to get his attention in time. Dracula hypnotizes Wilbur and re-animates Frankenstein's Monster. McDougal then arrives with the insurance agent and Chick in tow. Finding the storage crates empty, McDougal accuses the boys of theft and has them arrested.

That night, Dr. Sandra Mornay (Lénore Aubert) receives Dracula and the Monster at her island castle. Sandra, a gifted surgeon who has studied Dr. Frankenstein's notebooks, has been posing as Wilbur's girlfriend as part of Dracula's scheme to replace the Monster's brutish brain with a more pliable one — Wilbur's.

Wilbur and Chick are bailed out of jail and mistakenly believe Sandra to be their benefactor. It is actually Joan Raymond (Jane Randolph), who is secretly working for the insurance company that is processing McDougal's claim, and hopes Wilbur will lead her to the missing "exhibits". Meanwhile, Larry Talbot has taken the apartment across the hall from Wilbur and Chick. He has tracked Dracula and the Monster from Europe and knows them to be alive. Talbot asks Chick and Wilbur to help him find and destroy Dracula and the Monster.

The next day, Joan Raymond comes to Chick and Wilbur's apartment and feigns love for Wilbur. Wilbur, not expecting the favor but embracing it, invites Joan to the masquerade ball that evening. That night, Wilbur, Chick and Joan go to Sandra's castle to pick her up for the ball. While the ladies powder their noses, Wilbur answers a telephone call from someone wanting to speak to a 'Dr Leighos'. It is Talbot, who informs them that they are in fact in the "House of Dracula". Wilbur reluctantly agrees to search the castle with Chick, and soon stumbles upon an underground passageway, complete with boat and dock. Meanwhile, Joan has discovered Dr. Frankenstein's notebook in Sandra's bureau and Sandra has discovered Joan's insurance company employee I.D. in her purse.

After the women re-join the men, a suavely dressed Dr. Leighos, (a.k.a. Dracula) descends the castle stairs and introduces himself to Joan and the boys. Also working at the castle is the naive Prof. Stevens (Charles Bradstreet), who questions some of the specialized equipment that has arrived. In private, Sandra admits that Stevens' questions, Joan's credentials, and Wilbur's curiosity in the basement have made her nervous enough to put the experiment on hold. Impatient, Dracula asserts his will by hypnotizing her, biting her in the throat, and making her his vampire slave.

At the ball, the boys encounter Talbot and McDougal just as Dracula and Sandra rejoin the group. Dracula, when confronted by Talbot, easily deflects accusations that he is "the real thing". While Dracula takes Joan for a dance, Sandra lures Wilbur to a quiet spot. Before she can move in and bite him, Chick and Larry approach and she flees. As they search for Joan, Talbot transforms into the Wolf Man. Wilbur escapes, but the Wolf Man finds and injures McDougal. Noting that Chick has brought a wolf mask as his costume to the ball, McDougal concludes that it was Chick who actually attacked him out of revenge. Chick manages to slip away, only to witness Dracula hypnotizing Wilbur. Chick is then also hypnotized and rendered helpless while Dracula and Joan bring Wilbur back to the castle. The next morning, Chick and Talbot agree to work together to rescue Wilbur and Joan.

While Wilbur is being held in a pillory, Sandra finally explains to him the plan to transplant his brain into the Monster. She and Dracula leave him to prepare the Monster for the operation. While Dracula gives the Monster electrical boosts in the lab, Sandra prepares to open Wilbur's skull when Talbot and Chick storm in. Talbot struggles with Sandra and casts her aside. Chick knocks out Sandra and just as Talbot is about to untie Wilbur, he once again transforms into the Wolf Man. Dracula flees, with the Wolf Man giving chase. Chick arrives to untie Wilbur just as the Monster, now at full power, breaks his own restraints and rises from his stretcher. Sandra attempts to order him back, but the Monster defiantly throws her out the lab window to her death.

Dracula, in an attempt to escape, transforms into a bat, but the Wolf Man snares him and both fall over a balcony to their deaths in the rocky seas below. Joan abruptly wakes from her trance, while the boys escape the castle and head to the pier with the Monster in pursuit. Wilbur succeeds in untying the boat, while Stevens and Joan arrive and set the pier ablaze. The Monster turns around and marches into the flames, succumbing as the pier collapses into the water.

Just as Chick and Wilbur relax, they hear a disembodied voice (provided by Vincent Price) and see a cigarette floating in the air. The voice says: "Allow me to introduce myself, I'm the Invisible Man!" The boys jump off the boat and swim away while the Invisible Man lights his cigarette and laughs as the final scene comes to a close.

Four guys surrounding me like they were going to point their fingers and laugh at, but not these guys from the this international sensation. Now could I get such a great opportunity to talk with these stars of stage, television and stardom... well the truth is I asked. With the great support of Adam Sloat and some friendly follow ups, we were able to bring to you this groundbreaking and yet entertaining chat. News flash: A cappella is hip! Leading this pack of cool is a quartet of friends, The Blanks, who appear on the worldwide syndicated television show Scrubs as "Ted's Band." In a case of life imitating art (or is it art imitating life?), the group was written into the script as a quartet of friends who like to sing a cappella music. Bizarre, huh? Group member Sam Lloyd played the recurring role of character "Ted Buckland" on all nine seasons of Scrubs on NBC and later ABC, now airing on Comedy Central, TV Land, WGN, and a host of other local/regional channels just in the US. Sam is joined by Paul F. Perry, George Miserlis and Philip McNiven. In 2004, The Blanks released their debut CD, "Riding the Wave" (Parody Records). In 2008 they began touring. In 2008 they also made shirts.

Based in Los Angeles, The Blanks perform and sing family‐friendly (cool) entertainment with plenty of (hip) musical and sketch comedy. They sing a cappella versions of popular TV show theme songs ranging from "Charles In Charge" to "Six Million Dollar Man," and commercial jingles like "By Mennen." They've put words to songs without lyrics, such as the "Good Old Days," the theme from The Little Rascals. The only instruments besides a ukulele you'll find on stage are talking toys ‐ that's right, four grown men who still play with action figures. Not ones to rest on their laurels nor teeter on the edge of rebellion and artistic bravado with their choice of deodorant commercials, the Blanks wrote some original numbers that sound like songs even they might want to cover! You haven't seen anything quite like it before. They love to sing, entertain and make people laugh, so their shows include skits, antics, choreography (the kind a 5-year old could memorize), talking toys as lead singers, and costume changes.

A note on the costume changes: they're not Cher, and they're not Madonna. Because… They're men! Men who sing. Men who dance. Men who'll make the milk you're drinking spray right out your nose with a funny glance.

To tell the story of the Blanks is to tell the tale of four unique individuals that didn't find each other through a reality show contest, Craigslist ads, Social Networking, or even the fallout of doomed bands fighting over the drummer's red M&M's (thus no drummer allowed). Asked individually if this was their dream gig, they might hesitate, but as a collective whole it's pretty clear that there was some cosmic kismet at work.

And as long as the kids dig it and the adults enjoy it, The Blanks will keep singing it….

[2vs8]: Please tell us a little more about you, that is not on the website, the real you?

[2vs8]: Careers outside of the band, any telemarketers or snake oil salesman?

Paul F. Perry: I once worked in a factory putting glue onto flypaper, but I didn’t stick to it.

Sam Lloyd: I used to be trainer for a dog, but it didn’t sit well.

Philip McNiven: I wanted to be a tennis instructor, but I lacked the follow-through.

George Miserlis: I teach English as a Second language to foreigners, but it’s hard to make them talk good.

[2vs8]: If you could have a dinner party with famous dead people, who would you invite?

Paul F. Perry: Mother Theresa does a surprisingly good tiramisu. She does anything well that you don’t need all your teeth to eat.

George Miserlis: I hear Hitler makes a nice blintz. His blintz-kreig, he calls it.

Sam Lloyd: I’d invite Coco Chanel. She makes all the dead people smell real nice.

Philip McNiven: And here’s a tip, never serve brains. Once those dead get into that, the party’s over.

[2vs8]: What scares you more puppets with strings or without?

It’s funny how often we get this question.

Sam Lloyd: Puppets are scary when move by themselves without an operator.

Paul F. Perry: Chucky.

George Miserlis: Oh, I know, I can never set foot in a Chucky Cheese. Just the thought of that puppet making those pizzas.

Philip McNiven: The scariest puppet was Roberto Benigni in that Pinocchio movie.

Paul F. Perry: Puppets with strings are soothing. Puppets with a Dixieland brass section are terrifying.

[2vs8]: When did you know what you wanted to do, that led you to here "The Blanks"?

[2vs8]: If you could be a super hero or super villain, which one and what would be your powers and why?

Sam Lloyd: I’d be Super Interview-Answer-Man, and my power would be to answer all questions in a witty and informative way.

Paul F. Perry: Dude, go for a power you don’t already have.

Sam Lloyd: Thanks, man.

George Miserlis: Can I say my Mom? The way she raised me was super.

Sam Lloyd: Dude, you can’t be your mom, that’s a little psycho.

Philip McNiven: I’d like to be Captain BlowMyself. I’d have the ability to – well, you get the idea.

[2vs8]: Something your mother caught you doing, that you said was something else... only want to know the "something else"?

Sam Lloyd: I was embarrassed to be caught reading the New York Review of Books in bed, so I told my mom that I was masturbating.

Paul F. Perry: I often tell people I’m saving the world. But I’m usually just being Captain Blowmyself, bent over under a desk, trying to – well, you get the idea.

[2vs8]: People say this is my best feature and why… nothing to do with the last question?

Paul F. Perry: Our best feature is the film we made of “Guy Love”. You can find it on YouTube.

My Two Cents: At first I didn't know what to think about this, I watched with some level of disbelief asking myself why someone... anyone would want to do this. As I kept watching it became more clear as the world is falling apart we all want something more, something we cannot always have and Kai Blackwood will soon realize... it's not always better. It's all about the experience, the journey it can be rough... not as rough as this can be. I found this to be entertaining, sometimes spooky [especially the goat] I can say my road is paved with my steps and "no need for the devil".

[2vs8]: Tell us a little of your music career, how did you get started?

I studied classical guitar and music theory at school and the conservatorium and this was a foundation. I formed rock bands and played in other peoples bands in Newcastle, Australia. I was writing songs form an early age and did a stint as a singer songwriter for several years in my 20s. I have always been interested in conceptual art. At university I studied drama and found employment with local theaters companies writing music and creating sound designs. I was self-studying a library of composers mostly the 20th century group of Schoenberg, Messiaen, Shostakovich, Bartok, Glass, Xenakis, Webern, Berg, Penderecki, Arvo Part, Cage, Babbitt. I was writing a lot of serial compositions - I still like serial compositions. Not so much now but back then I often seemed to be departing in musical directions and exploring this direction as much as I could. Where many musicians and composers find a genre (they are good at) and stick to it I explored down different musical roads - all styles - folk, rock, blues, jazz, country, contemporary. I never picked out film scoring composers in particular but I liked the bold and memorable scores of Xenakis, Barry, Morricone. I started writing music for video designs I was creating for theater. In 1998 in New York I started assisting Carter Burwell in New York.

[2vs8]: With the score for "The Cry" being released from "Howlin' Wolf Records", how did the process start from meeting the director Bernadine Santistevan to scoring and finally produced?

I was introduced to Bernadine by writer and director Lisa France. The music score for “The Cry” has two periods of creation. First off the film was an urban psychological suspense thriller. I finished the score this way. I think it was a few weeks later Bernadine decided to go back to edit the film and refocus the movie. The film changed a lot in this process and I then re-scored the film. Some intrinsic elements of the music stayed in the new score and some significant new elements were created. The film was now an adult horror story. I made some vocalized sampled instruments from Bernadine’s voice, played a lot of guitar and bass, recorded some percussion and mixed most of the music in my home studio. For this second scoring of “The Cry” there was never any reason for the music to be anything other than as tension filled and fear inducing as possible.

[2vs8]: Much of your career has been working with Composer Carter Burwell [True Grit, Twilight Saga] how did this come-about and how does it feel to be working with one of most well-known composers of the last 20 years?

That is true. Most of my early work was in a fringe sort of avant-garde bohemian theatrical world. I was performing, writing and producing at a level most people encounter only if they go looking for it. Carter was looking for an assistant and we crossed paths in New York via an ad Carter had placed in the Village Voice. I got the impression he was looking far and wide for someone to assist him. He offered me the job and for a few years I sort of tried out the job and continued to live in New York city and was pretty pleased that it seemed like I had made a place for myself in the Big Apple. I was not that sure the job was really a job or that I would stay in New York. I don’t think much about working with such a well-known composer as most of my time is spent solving immediate and long term logistical, producing and technical issues that arise from one film score to the next. With regard to Carter’s acclaimed career for myself I am pleased to be contributing to music and helping to producing work that I feel is genuine.

[2vs8]: Outside of composing and working with composers, what else do you do either for fun or work.. or both?

I am often involved in musical or theatrical projects - composing, sound designing or performing. I have recently directed some plays. I perform in bands now and then. I have an alter ego called The Bass Player From Handjob who has a small book of original poetry called “Splitting Hairs” and I get the chance now and then to perform this brief act in some downtown New York venues. I like to have some kind of live performance in my life. I dig the immediacy of life on stage. I like the rehearsal process. Creating film scores is about going back over and over again until something is just right, or at least just as the director wants it. On stage life takes on a physically direct experience. Performing is a mental, physical and creative task I like that.

[2vs8]: Are you hoping to see more of your score work come to being released maybe with the help from "Howlin' Wolf Records"?

Sure. The joy with the score to “The Cry” comes from the effort Wall Crumpler and Bernadine Santistevan put into producing the work. When Wall approached me to release the score at first I thought that the score was so purpose specific to the film I did not know what it would be like as soundtrack. But Wall acted as a fine producer and did the hard work of listening to a large amount of material I sent him - score, outtakes, sketches, alternate themes - and guided me with suggestions as to what to include and how to best present the music. Also Wall knows the horror score genre and I feel I have a fantastic score released.

[2vs8]: Music makes the movie come alive, what score would be playing for background music in your life?

Can I choose outside of film scores? Nothing is background music in my life. Some moments AC/DC and other moments the most experimental compositions by the serial composers.

[2vs8]: What is the biggest misconception of working within the film industry?

Challenging question epistemologically. Film itself is a misconception of truth. There is no truth in film yet the task of the film it seems to me is to compel the audience to keep watching and to “believe” what they are seeing and hearing. Even before that the task of the film is to make an audience feel they should come to watch, enjoy or escape one’s own self designed conscious thoughts with this spectacle of a movie. I think film achieves this by somehow attempting to deliver a kind of truth - but there is no truth. The biggest misconception I have experienced is that the film industry can at times present a piety about the truth contained in the film that is a misconception - perhaps a marketed and planned misconception. I feel the film industry is truly only concerned with the survival of the film industry. Most of us working in the film industry seem to be there by choice and for that I am grateful. I should qualify these statements to experiences in the business perhaps known as "the industry" which is maybe motivated differently to a truly independent film. Also I think that I had from my early years an idealistic view of movies, movie stars and the meaning of life and my understanding of the truth is currently non-material (supernatural) and a film is in the end a material replication of some creative thoughts.

[2vs8]: What are your thoughts on music/scores with a "download only" option from companies will this hurt the music industry?

I don’t think so but I am not a music distributor. The music industry has been reshaped by the world wide web over the last 15 years but it seems to finding a new footing. Apparently the “single” song release is making a comeback as downloaders can now choose just a song or two they like. This seems good as I always liked the greater risks and creativity that writers and composers seemed to enlist to create a great single.

[2vs8]: Who inspires you?

There are so many. I like each day to have inspiration in it. Life is good I am inspired by whoever I am with at the time.

[2vs8]: The last score or musical artist you listened too that you would recommend?

In the car today after four songs from The Backyardigans who I and my two sons like I listened to Morricone “The Battle Of Algiers.”

[2vs8]: What is next... life, music, personally?

I have an interest in cartomancy. Coming up musically is the score for Bernadine’s next film “Wolf Dog.” I feel the score offers a great opportunity to combine a strong melody with some thematic textures. I hope this is the perfect combination to produce a great piece of music. Later in the year I will assist Carter Burwell on the next Twilight saga film called “Breaking Dawn.”

ABC's New Fall show "Once Upon A Time"

Greetings...

I have been busy posting interviews and I forgot to do much else, so as you can see I am catching up on some reviews from the mother of all bad to good films "CHEEZY FLICKS". Also I have been very quiet about some of the newest fall season shows, this one intrigues my senses.

Tagline: Centers on a woman with a troubled past who is drawn into a small town in Maine where the magic and mystery of Fairy Tales just may be real.

Synopsis: The series is loosely inspired by the classic fairy tale stories except set in the present day, hence the series name. The stories hold a key to the mystery that will draw a bail bonds collector and the son that she gave up for adoption 10 years earlier to a New England town called Storybrooke, Maine. This town is actually a parallel world in which fairy tale characters look like normal people and don't remember their true identities or anything about their true lives.

Via her recovered memories, she is able to lead Redding and his associates to a hidden chamber in the Great Pyramid of Yucatan, where they hope to find the lost treasure of the Aztecs. Instead, they find two mummified bodies - one of a modern man and the other of an ancient Aztec mummy/werewolf and only one is still alive. The supernatural creature escapes and menaces the city that night...

What can I say, I love films like this and glad they don't get lost over the time... by no means is a great film. The transfer of this from whatever source is okay, but once again I find myself enjoying it on a rainy day filled in black and white.

I wanted to point out that I am jealous of this man and envy him at the same time, he has one of the most successful zombie sites on the planet. If I could steal one ounce of is energy to the attention to detail and dedication to his ever popular site. Maybe someday he will put me on his payroll after he and his site reach record numbers. -Tell us about your career and what you are currently working on or involved with?
As of right now I still have a day job which is pretty out there. I work in a mental health hospital where we take care of mentally disabled violent adults. It does get a little tiring doing it day to day so as soon as I get home I work on my Zombies Everywhere site. Home of all things awesome and zombie related! We also have a Facebook page!

-Is this what you thought you would be doing with your life, what was your first passion?
I never thought I would be perusing the whole zombie writing thing, but as soon as I wrote my first article for my blog, I knew it was something I was very passionate about. I just want to bring the world all the fun and excitement that zombie movies have brought me over the years.

-To whom do you credit your success to, who gives or gave you the most support?
It all goes to my fans! They are super supportive and honestly I would not be where I am today if it wasn't for them and all their love. Thanks everyone!

-If you could meet or work with [living or dead], who would that be and why?
If I had to choose to meet one person it would probably have to be Bill Nye The Science guy. I remember watching him all the time as a kid and he is the one who inspired me to always have a thirst for knowledge!

-What would you like to be remembered for 100 years from now?
That one guy who wrote about all that awesome zombie stuff.

-Who inspires you?
My inspiration for everything would have to be my dad. He was always constantly working the graveyard shifts, yet still had time for my brother and I during the day. That's an amazing parent right there!

-How are things different today, than the same day 1 year ago?
These days I have something to work towards. I always got to keep pumping out new material for my fans to enjoy and when I make them happy, it makes me happy.

-What is the last song you bought or listened to in your musical device?
The last song I listened to would have to be Sleep Now In The Fire by Rage Against The Machine. Those guys rock!!

-Last good film you had seen, and the best movie you would recommend to someone asking?
Oh there is no question about this one. The final Harry Potter movie. I sat there the entire time just going oooo and ahhhh. Even if you aren't a harry potter fan, you will enjoy the hell out of this flick!

-What is the single greatest moment in your life?
When I discovered that the fans of my work surpassed the 1000 mark! :)

-Favorite Horror Film?
Insidious. The only movie in a very long time to give me nightmares...

-Favorite Book?
The Zombie Survival Guide. Probably the reason I started writing about zombies in the first place.

-Favorite Song?
Police Truck by the Dead Kennedys. Gotta stay old school punk man. lol.

Even though he is only in like 2 scenes in the entire Star Wars saga, Boba Fett for sure!

-Tell us about your career and what you are currently working on or involved with?

During the day, I'm just your normal everyday work zombie, plugging away in a mall. (ahhh) But most of the time I actually spend my time making soap and other fun creations.

-Is this what you thought you would be doing with your life, what was your first passion?

Not at all, haha, my first passion was actually fashion merchandising. I used to make dresses for girls in high school.

-To whom do you credit your success to, who gives or gave you the most support?

My parents have always been there for me growing up and even now, but I would have to say Cian (my other half) gives me the most support in anything I crazily decide to do that week.

-If you could meet or work with [living or dead], who would that be and why?

I would meet Saw Rockwell or Les Claypool, they are both amazing artists but they both seem like just normal dudes when their not doing their thing. I like that. Like we could all sit down and have a couple beers.

-What would you like to be remembered for 100 years from now?

Making some sort of difference in the world whether it be small or not. Just to know that I did something with my life.

-Who inspires you?

This is going to sound completely cliche, but it's my mom. She is a tough gal, she'll tell you how it is yet she is still such a sweet person. She hasn't had the easiest life, but she's always smiling and working her ass off. I was always taught, you don't get something for nothing.

-How are things different today, than the same day 1 year ago?

I have to GO to work today. I used to work from home until it almost drove me crazy. And I think I had more hair and sanity, kids. ‘Nuff said.

-What is the last song you bought or listened to in your musical device?

The last thing I bought was best of Blind Melon and listened to it over and over again. Brought back some memories.

-Last good film you had seen, and the best movie you would recommend to someone asking?

The last GOOD film? I really like X-men first class, that was probably the last. And my favorite movie I would recommend to anyone who hasn't seen it is Reservoir dogs.

-What is the single greatest moment in your life?

The first time Cian and I kissed. Cheesy I know, but it still makes me smile.

-Favorite Horror Film?

Ooo, toughy. Surprisingly it's not a zombie movie, my favorite horror movie is actually Teeth. The best cautionary tale for men. Or Slither, don't know. I could watch them both all of the time.

Let's stay together by Al Green (there's nothing this song can't do to me) Cian could use it to have me commit murder. Okay, not really.

- What is the inspiration for "The Cry" and where do you go from here?
I grew up in a small village in New Mexico and was told tales of La Llorona--a Medea-like ghost in the Latino community--as a child. Like all the other kids, I believed she was real, and she absolutely terrified me. When I finished high school I was given the opportunity to leave my village to go to school abroad. I left New Mexico, but La Llorona never left me.

After grad school and while working in venture capital in New York City, I decided to make The Cry. Logically, my decision made no sense. It was like throwing a wrench in my finance career. But making this film was my dream, so I took the leap.

My new focus is on writing and directing films that not only entertain, but also inspire positive social change.

- What are some of the challenges of making a movie and the process of doing so?

There are so many challenges. I’ll spare you the War and Peace and give you my Cliff’s Notes version.

Challenge #1: Write an awesome story. I had a bear of a time writing the original script for The Cry. It wasn’t until I met a Booker Prize-winning author that I realized why. He asked me my reasons for writing this script, and my answer was “to save a legend that is disappearing from my culture.” He then turned to me and said, “You’ll only be able to write a good script once you figure out why you are doing this FOR YOU. Because that’s the only way you’ll be able to write from your heart.” His words totally freed me.

Challenge #2: Show me the money. Getting money for a film is tough. Really tough. Especially if you: a) have never made a film before; b) don’t have any “A-list” actors attached; and c) don’t have a distribution deal in place. In the end, I managed to pull in the financing, but only after changing the script from a more traditional tale of La Llorona to a contemporary, urban story.

The biggest lesson I learned when it comes to reeling in investors is to find folks who are passionate about your project. Don’t just try to sell them on the money they might make.

- How do you go about casting for a project? Do you see the character in your head, then find the face? Or vice-versa?
For the original script of The Cry, I had actors in mind when I was writing. Once I realized that perhaps the only way to get my film made was to modify the script significantly, I proceeded with no actors in mind and later found the actors that fit the roles.

With my current film, Wolf Dog, I only have one actor, with non-actors rounding out the rest of the cast. There’s something quite special about working with non-actors--an honesty and authenticity that is quite inspiring.

- With the score for "The Cry" being released from "Howlin' Wolf Records," how did you seek out Dean Parker and were you involved with the production of its release?
As Dean mentioned, I was originally introduced to him by my dear friend and talented filmmaker, Lisa France.

Although I’m a big fan of horror films, I’ve never been that thrilled with most of the horror film music out there. Working with Dean presented a wonderful opportunity to create something that was different. Something that was “elegantly haunting.”

Also, it was important to me to integrate some of the musical flavor of New Mexico.   Because Dean had explored and was adept at composing a wide range of musical genres, this was something that he was easily able to do. I absolutely love his guitar rendition of the traditional La Llorona song.

Last but not least, since the final script was an urban story, I felt that adding in a more contemporary version of the La Llorona song would be great. This led to me directing the performance by Del Castillo and Patricia Vonne of “The Ballad of La Llorona Fe”--the final song on our soundtrack and a tune that totally rocks.

Once Wall from “Howlin’ Wolf Records” got the ball rolling, together, Dean and I produced the release of The Cry soundtrack.   It’s been great working with both Dean and Wall on this release.

- Tell us a little history about you that led you to making films.
Storytelling is a tradition in my culture. Venture capital is not. I’ve merely come back to my roots.

- What is one of your favorite props from "The Cry" that you have kept and why [can we see a photo]?
At the time of the shoot, I was in need of a new mattress and happened to remember this while we were filming Detective Scott’s (Christian Camargo) bedroom scene. So when we were done with the scene, I had my crew schlep the mattress over to my apartment, and I’ve been sleeping on it ever since.   Now that I think about it, the same mattress does a cameo in my current film, Wolf Dog.

- What things can we see from you coming soon?
Wolf Dog…a film about our connection with animals.   I am happy to be working again with Dean on the score.

- Who is the biggest asset in your life?
Paco Sosa…speaking of our connection with animals.

- Looking out your window, what do you see and how would you film it?
I see my garden. I’m throwing a flower planting party in two weeks where my New York friends will have a chance to get their hands dirty. If I had six months and half a million dollars, I’d get my animator for Wolf Dog to create some 2-D stop motion of the event. (After you see Wolf Dog, you’ll understand what I mean.)

- Words of wisdom handed down to you that you would pass along…be it about life, film-making or crossing the street?
Everyone says filming kids and animals is a “no-no.” In The Cry much of cast was under the age of 6, and in Wolf Dog my lead actor is a dog--with a body double, and his co-stars are a pack of wild Arctic wolves. My advice is never take “no-no” for an answer.

-Tell us about your career and what you are currently working on or involved with?
I am filming with Pearry Teo (Necromentia, Witchville, Gene Generation) on his latest endeavor, Dead Inside. I will also be doing some theater in the DC area this summer which I am very excited about! After that, I will be working on Anthony Brownrigg’s film, Archaic Redemption, which films in autumn.

-Is this what you thought you would be doing with your life, what was your first passion?
I cannot imagine doing anything else and trust me, I have tried! I veered off path only to be pushed right back into film. Originally it was a tossup between become an indie darling actress or a rock star. I think I chose the right career because the idea of constant touring and heavy partying would probably kill me!

-To whom do you credit your success to, who gives or gave you the most support?
My family, our dogs, and my fiancé are 100% responsible for keeping me here on this planet. My success is accredited to my stubborn nature, optimistic nativity and strange sustainability. That being said, I do not feel that I am anywhere near where I would like to be career wise. I am hoping to be much further along by this time next year.

-If you could meet or work with [living or dead], who would that be and why?
I would love to work with the Coen Brothers because I find their work pure genius.

-What would you like to be remembered for 100 years from now?
Overcoming a torrid sea of obstacles and being the girl that actually followed through with her dreams and kept her kind heart.

-Who inspires you?

I am inspired by early Americana, the 1800s to the 1970s fascinate me. Anyone who was rebellious or different, especially those who defied the typical outlook on life interests me.

-How are things different today, than the same day 1 year ago?
Almost exactly one year ago from today I had left a bad relationship and moved back to Dallas to be near my family. I happened to fall in love with a young museum curator that lived in the Baltimore area and we had a whirlwind romance, I relocated to the upper east coast to live with him and are more in love now that ever.

-What is the last song you bought or listened to in your musical device?
I love metal but I have been listening to a lot of indie folk music and Goth country. I love people who actually write their own songs, play an instrument, and tell a good story. Beautifully written songs are modern poetry.

-Last good film you had seen, and the best movie you would recommend to someone asking?
Watch Jim Gaffigan’s King Baby if you want a good laugh! He is hilarious. I just saw the The Hangover: Part II and it was hilarious. I think that Zach Galifianakis is a comic genius. I love that guy! As far as the best movie, one of my favorites of all time is American Beauty and I love anything by the Coen Brothers.

-What is the single greatest moment in your life?

My life is pretty great right now but I always look forward to things getting better, especially in my career.

-Favorite Horror Film?
The Shining, An American Werewolf in London, Return of the Living Dead, Bram Stoker’s Dracula, Interview with the Vampire, many more.

-Favorite Book?
I enjoy reading books about nature, anatomy, death, the occult, and anything macabre. I have always preferred non-fiction- more scientific, instructional, and factual books. I like home décor magazines, too.

-Favorite Song?
“Got Me Wrong” and “I Stay Away” by Alice in Chains. “My Boy Builds Coffins” by Florence+ the Machine which reminds me of my fiancé.

Sally Bowles, Nancy Downs, Lestat de Lioncourt, Marla Singer, and Lester Burnham are a few.

Not sure but I love film scores. Graeme Revell was someone I really liked a lot as a teen!

So Take A Look At Me Now

So it has been a busy month and I am behind the proverbial eight ball again, but I wanted to let you know some of the cool things that are going on. I finished all of the interviews with "Zombies and Assholes" crew and I wanted to thank all those who gave me great 21q's. I built my site for my ebook "CHATTERBOX" and getting some great feedback, which I couldn't be more happy with the support.
