Milan Records today announces the first-ever digital release of acclaimed Japanese composer HIROYUKI SAWANO’s catalogue of music from classic anime film and television titles. Available digitally on February 12, the release includes music written by Hiroyuki Sawano for Aniplex titles including Promare, Blue Exorcist, Kill la Kill, The Seven Deadly Sins, Guilty Crown, Re:CREATORS, Aldnoah.Zero, Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress and Thunderbolt Fantasy – a full list of titles to be released is below. In addition to the first-ever digital release of these titles, the Original Soundtrack to Promare will also be released in vinyl format, arriving as a double LP gatefold set on April 16.
Of the upcoming catalogue releases, composer HIROYUKI SAWANO says, “I’m really happy that the soundtracks for these Aniplex titles, which I have composed, will be released digitally overseas. From Blue Exorcist in 2011 to Promare in 2019, each of these soundtracks have had a great influence on my career and current musical activities. ABOUT HIROYUKI SAWANO... Born in Tokyo in 1980, Hiroyuki Sawano has a scope of activities centered on the “musical accompaniment” of visual works such as drama, anime, and movie. He is most well-known as the composer for global anime sensation Attack on Titan as well as franchise like Promare, Blue Exorcist, Kill la Kill, The Seven Deadly Sins and more.
