The Green Hornet... What were you thinking?

I cannot believe this is a post, I did not want to see this movie... Seth Rogen is just wrong for this part... done. period. Sure it will make money, cause a bunch of you will see it... it's an action flick, the car is cool [it is], the weapons are cool [they are] and Kato is cool [he is]... the rest looks like a pile. now don't get me wrong I too like Christoph Waltz, he is the man. but why oh why was this made like this... next you will be telling me they are going to make another spiderman movie as a reboot...

Upcoming movies with the same overall opinions:
The Green Lantern
Thor

The Green Hornet... What were they thinking?

In the 3D action-comedy The Green Hornet, Britt Reid (Seth Rogen) is the son of LA’s most prominent and respected media magnate and perfectly happy to maintain a directionless existence on the party scene – until his father (Tom Wilkinson) mysteriously dies, leaving Britt his vast media empire.  Striking an unlikely friendship with one of his father’s more industrious and inventive employees, Kato (Jay Chou), they see their chance to do something meaningful for the first time in their lives: fight crime.  To get close to the criminals, they come up with the perfect cover: they’ll pose as criminals themselves.

Protecting the law by breaking it, Britt becomes the vigilante The Green Hornet as he and Kato hit the streets.  Using all his ingenuity and skill, Kato builds the ultimate in advanced retro weaponry, Black Beauty, an indestructible car equal parts firepower and horsepower.  Rolling in a mobile fortress on wheels and striking the bad guys with Kato’s clever gadgets, The Green Hornet and Kato quickly start making a name for themselves, and with the help of Britt’s new secretary, Lenore Case (Cameron Diaz), they begin hunting down the man who controls LA’s gritty underworld: Benjamin Chudnofsky (Christoph Waltz).  But Chudnofsky has plans of his own:  to swat down The Green Hornet once and for all.

LET ME IN [2010]... a vampire story that has been told...

LET ME IN [2010]

Chloë Grace Moretz (Hit Girl in Kick-Ass) stars as Abby, a mysterious 12-yearold
who moves next door to Owen (Kodi Smit-McPhee, The Road), a social outcast who
is viciously bullied at school. In his loneliness, Owen forms a profound bond with his new
neighbor, but he can’t help noticing that Abby is like no one he has ever met before. As a
string of grisly murders grips his wintry New Mexico town, Owen has to confront the
reality that this seemingly innocent girl is actually a savage vampire.
Let Me In, a haunting and provocative thriller written and directed by filmmaker
Matt Reeves (Cloverfield), is based on the best-selling Swedish novel Låt den Rätte
Komma In (Let The Right One In) by John Ajvide Lindqvist, and the highly acclaimed film
of the same name. The film’s score is by Oscar®-, Emmy®- and Grammy®-winning

British horror brand Hammer Films and is the first movie to come out from the studio in
over 30 years.

Vicki Dee Rock (My One and Only). Director of photography is Greig Fraser (Bright
Star). Production designer is Ford Wheeler (After.Life). Costume designer is Melissa

Spiderman IV

Okay, they have not changed out the characters in three films... franchise is saved.
Now the RE-BOOT [probably in 3-D]... comes the news that Spiderman IV is without it's lead... here comes this guy...

The only way this might work, and I would be the first to admit I was to judge to quick... this pimple-faced-kid is actually the son of Peter and MJ... and we get to watch him grow up with the "teen-wolf" gene... Now I can see that being a possibility for a continuous franchise move forward...

Until the story unfolds more, I am in complete "FAIL"

The Telling - DVD

it's no titanic...
okay i am watching this movie called "the telling" and my anticipation and expectations are high, i mean what do you get when you cross playmates, three maybe four mild stories, a creepy doll into one movie. i really don't remember, but did i mention playmates? i don't think i liked the movie for an overall, but i enjoyed the ideas they would have had if they would have made it less simple cheesy. i it looks like it was filmed in the mansion where all the playmates might have hung out, it was not a great movie... it had potential... did i mention playmates? lol

Scrubs - TV - Season 9

Okay, i tried and tried to like the newest season of "scrubs"... half the the cast is gone, wait 75% is gone. then they are back... destroy all that made the last season where it has the great camera walk off and we feel the show has it's "happy ending". let this show code! all you squirrel-ly fan sites of this show, stop trying to have petitions to "save this show"... it is a goner.

Halloween II [2009] - Rob Zombie's Vision Fizzles...

Though this film was a tanker, it still provides us with some great visuals..

Island Of Dr. Moreau [Remake]

Val Kilmer and Academy Award(R) winner Marlon Brando star in this fantastic sci-fi thriller. Dr. Moreau uses the key of science to turn animal life forms into human-like beasts who threaten not only Moreau's island laboratory, but ultimately all mankind!

as good as this should have been, the images are fun...

Blade TV: House Of Chthon - Desktops
