WaterTower Music: "TED LASSO: SEASON 1" music by Marcus Mumford and Tom Howe

WaterTower Music is excited to announce the  digital release of Ted Lasso: Season 1 (Apple TV+ Original Series Soundtrack), featuring music from the Apple Original series starring Jason Sudeikis as Ted Lasso, a small-time college football coach from Kansas hired to coach a professional soccer team in England, despite having no experience coaching soccer. The acclaimed, global hit comedy series premieres its season finale today on Apple TV+ and has already received a renewal for season two.

The music of Ted Lasso: Season 1 is by Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter, musician, and record producer Marcus Mumford, and award-winning composer Tom Howe, who has scored over 80 Emmy® and BAFTA-winning dramas and documentaries. It is a poignant musical pairing for the buzzworthy series: Mumford, known as the multi-instrumentalist lead singer of the band Mumford & Sons; and Howe, who, in addition to his film & TV projects, has written several international Top 40 hits, as a songwriter.

As of today, the tenth and final episode of the first season is now streaming globally on Apple TV+. In the season finale, “The Hope That Kills You,” Richmond plays a climactic match that will determine the fates of Ted and his club.

Ted Lasso: Season 1 (Apple TV+ Original Series Soundtrack), features 22 tracks from the show, including the Ted Lasso Theme. Now available for streaming.
