   The soundtrack features original songs (sung in Spanish) and score written by Andrew Feltenstein and John Nau with performances by Christina Aguilera, El Puma, and the film’s Will Ferrell and Genesis Rodriguez.
   “We recorded four of the songs before filming even began, because the cast actually sings four of the songs in the movie,” said Feltenstein.  “The campfire scene that Will, Efran, and Adrian sang was just awesome. We recorded it all live as we wanted to capture a real moment.”

I am reminded of "The Three Amigos" when I first saw the trailer for this, Will Ferrell will test the boundaries of his talents again. In this Spanish western type of feel heard in every guitar string, mixed with score and singing it is very entertaining. I enjoyed it because well heck, I like this kind of stuff, retro with a modern twist...
