Composer Alan Silvestri seemed a perfect choice for soundtracking this extravagant movie, as at the time he just finished the action packed score for Captain America. Represented on this compilation are three cues - Assemble, One Way and A Promise.
The follow-up Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) was one of the most anticipated movie scores of 2015. Bringing together two Hollywood greats, Danny Elfman and Brian Tyler, the action score was entirely based around the Silvestri’s Avengers theme. Ambitious and complex the score shows off Elfman’s and Tyler’s amazing craftsmanship and understanding of what powerful action and emotional content should be within a super-hero saga.
