Directed by Cornelia Duryée Moore, CAMILLA DICKINSON is the film adaptation of Madeleine L’Engle’s novel “Camilla.” L’Engle also wrote the famous novel “A Wrinkle in Time” which won a Newbury Medal, Sequoyah Book Award and a Lewis Carroll Shelf Award, and sold 1 million copies for its 50 year anniversary release. Starring Adelaide Clemens (Parade’s End, The Great Gatsby), Samantha Mathis (American Psycho, Pump Up the Volume), Greg Sulkin (Avalon High, Faking It) and Cary Elwes (The Princess Bride), the film premiered at the Seattle International Film Festival and won Best Narrative Feature at the Eugene International Film Festival! The DVD bonus features include “Camilla Dickinson: Behind the Story,” a full-feature commentary by the director and producer, and deleted scenes.

Film adaptation of Madeleine L'Engle's novel follows daughter of a well-to-do family in 1948 Manhattan. Fifteen-year-old Camilla Dickinson, leads a sheltered life in New York City until her parents' marriage begins to fall apart. When Camilla meets her best friend's rebellious brother Frank she finds a way to escape her troubles. As her relationship with Frank deepens, Camilla discovers a world outside of her own and begins to understand a little of what it means to grow up.
